  • The Institute of Classical Osteopathy

    The Institute was formed by Teddy Hall and John Wernham during the 1950’s in Maidstone England. Over the years the Institute has undergone many changes but still remain one of the most highly regarded bastions of authentic osteopathy. Graduates of the CAO are granted entry into this highly regarded European association.

  • European Institute of Classical Osteopathy

    The CAO is proud to be in association with the EICO. The CAO supports academic exchange and student placement both in Italy and here in Canada. With an emphasis on the correct principles and practices of early American osteopathy the Italian college continues to raise the standard of European Osteopathy.

  • Association of Classical Osteopathy of Japan

    Under the direction of Dr. Masaru Haruyama the Japan association regularly schedules courses and holds advanced study for medical practitioners in Japan. Dr Haruyama visited the CAO last year and observed our educational methods and practices. The CAO and its partners work collectively to improve osteopathic education by sharing resources and supporting drugless osteopathy around the world.
