Joshua Blair, B.Sc. Nutr., M.OMSc
Position(s): Professor
Josh began his career in body work at the age of 2, walking on his father’s back after a hard day’s work on the farm. From there he diverged into sports of all sorts, eventually ending up in the National Canadian under 20 men’s rugby program in 2011. He followed his passion into learning about the body and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at McGill University in 2014.
Josh found his way to Manual Osteopathy after successful treatment of a couple of concussions. This, along with learning of the Classical Osteopathic approach, inspired him to attend the CAO from 2015-2019, where he earned the AT Still award for top graduating student in Spring 2019.
It became apparent to Josh that there was a large need for Classical Osteopathic training in his first year out of school working in Quebec, where he quickly grew his first practice. After moving out to Calgary, Josh was given the opportunity to expand Classical Osteopathic education in Western Canada at CAO West.
Josh continues to sharpen his understanding of Anatomy and reads Classical Osteopathic texts in his spare time. He also enjoys a mix of martial arts, running, biking and anything in the mountains, which he can now almost call home.
